Release file not found

In readme.md, it writes

download latest released PHAR file from https://github.com/console-helpers/code-insight/releases page.

However, there is nothing in https://github.com/console-helpers/code-insight/releases. Is it possible to publish a release? Thanks!

It is possible. I've updated the release notes, but the build is failing.

Could you please help me out and send PR that would:

1. Fixing https://travis-ci.org/console-helpers/code-insight/builds/566345416 build, that fails because of incorrect PHPUnit version is being used. Fixing example on https://github.com/console-helpers/svn-buddy/blob/master/.travis.yml uses individual PHPUnit version to prevent composer from auto-selecting incompatible one.
2. Adding most recent PHP versions to the build.
3. Making sure tests are green.

Then I can do a release.
