So this replaces MaxButtons with a ColCount and RowCount option that enables a grid of icons. (MaxButtons option will be parsed as as ColCount to ensure backwards compatibility with config files).
It also adds the :up :down :page_left and :page_right commands to navigate within the grid
When rowcount > 1 then the vcenter option is ignored in favor of dynamically centering unfilled grids
It may not be too intuitive how the up/down pageleft/pageright actions interact with wrap enabled and the grid not fully filled, but I guess we could try and figure out what would be the desired behavior in that case.
