Purpose of this pull request

Splits the monolithic release notes overview into one page per release suite (2024-12 through 2026-07), so each suite has its own linkable page instead of one long scrolling index. changelog.mdx gets a one-line link-target fix; the changelog itself is unchanged (a follow-up split is being scoped separately).

Affected pages

  • /releases/ (now a landing page linking to each suite)
  • /releases/2024-12/, /releases/2025-04/, /releases/2025-06/, /releases/2025-08/, /releases/2025-10/, /releases/2026-01/, /releases/2026-02/, /releases/2026-03/, /releases/2026-04/, /releases/2026-06/, /releases/2026-07/ (new)
  • /releases/changelog/ (link fix only)
