The maintainer read the Worker settings page: log and trace sampling match wrangler.jsonc at 25 and 1 percent, there are no telemetry export destinations, Smart Placement is off, no cron, queue, or email triggers exist, and no runtime variables or secrets are listed. State plainly what the text capture could not show (the invocation-logs and persistence toggles) and that the plan is still to be recorded, so the document claims only what was actually verified.
