release(mtmharness): publish Canvas-free 0.5.5

• Bump mtmharness from 0.5.4 to 0.5.5 after Canvas was moved into the independent mtmcanvas package.
• Keep the published npm package aligned with the merged source tree so installing mtmharness@0.5.5 and mtmcanvas@0.1.0 does not duplicate the Canvas entry.

• pnpm --filter mtmharness run check passed: 22 Vitest files, 84 tests, 21 Node TAP tests, build, and package verification.
