Signal Basics

This project demonstrates the basics of signal processing using Python. It includes generating and visualizing a sine wave with adjustable parameters such as amplitude, frequency, and phase shift.

Prerequisites

  • Python 3.7 or higher
  • uv package manager

Installation

  1. Clone this repository to your local machine.
  2. Navigate to the project directory.
  3. Install the required dependencies using the uv package manager:
    uv install

Usage

Run the main.py script to generate and visualize a sine wave:

uv run main.py

You can modify the parameters (amplitude, frequency, and phase shift) in the script to observe their effects on the sine wave.

Output

The script will display a plot of the sine wave with the following labels:

  • X-axis: Time (t)
  • Y-axis: Amplitude
