Mirror the client repo's project docs, adapted to this .NET/NuGet platform: - CHANGELOG.md with the initial 10.0.0 entry. - GOVERNANCE.md (roles, decision making, release process). - SUPPORT.md (how to get help; .NET/NuGet specifics). - .github/CODEOWNERS for review routing / maintainer listing. - README: add a 'Versioning & releases' section and link the new docs.
