Hi, I just realised that I am the only one that put my email address. I wonder if instead we should all have our ORCID number? That seems to be now the best practice to make sure contact information is not out of date. Or I can just remove my email for uniformity! |

I hope this is ok since I have helped write parts of the first chapters and I now added a contributed chapter.
