Lead review (in-session): release 0.1.4 = version in package.json + package-lock.json and a dated CHANGELOG section for #43/#45/#47; no source or test change. All checks green on 347fb31 (4 test jobs, npm consumer, GitGuardian). Merging with the repo's admin bypass (author can't self-approve; same path as #43/#46/#48), then publishing GitHub release v0.1.4. |

constrainedSampling.With #46 and #48, all 25 of Codex's portable apply_patch conformance scenarios pass.
Publishing is the GitHub release
v0.1.4(thepublishworkflow runs onrelease: published), dispatched by the maintainer after this merges. senpi then bumpsexternal-versions.jsonto 0.1.4; its builtin port carries the same fixes in senpi #2637 and #2639.
