markdownlint-cli 0.50.0 pins re2js 2.8.6, which carries the high ReDoS advisory GHSA-gg6h-894w-4m9c (patched in 2.8.7), so the Dependabot bump fails check:audit. Add a floor override under the existing markdownlint-cli entry, per the SECURITY.md override rule; the lockfile resolves 2.9.1. Remit: the audit gate blocks the dev-dependencies bump on main.
