Summary
Record the completed 140 s selected-heading OSWEC quarter-step audit in the parity ledger. PR #268's MATLAB source run and independent Python comparison passed the unchanged 120 s numerical limits at both 120 and 140 s.
At 140 s, MATLAB half-to-quarter self-change reaches 0.0004019 rad yaw, 6.864e-5 rad/s yaw speed, 8.236 N m PTO torque, and 0.0762% PTO work. Independent Python-to-quarter differences reach 8.647e-5 rad, 1.507e-5 rad/s, 1.808 N m, and 0.020% PTO work.
The published 600 s irregular case remains open; badges and case counts are unchanged.
