Summary
Keep six pinned MATLAB RM3 End_Stops PTO samples in an ordinary-CI fixture, including both saved samples inside the effective 0.1 mm contact transition.
The portable test checks the logged total PTO force against the current smooth stop and linear damper, and confirms a sharp stop would miss each transition sample by over 1 kN. This protects the source force law without adding the full 400 s trajectory to the repository. The published 0.1 s motion remains qualified because its step sensitivity is unchanged.
