Summary

Add an ordinary-CI regression for the OSWEC held-heading excitation used in the published passive-yaw case. The synthetic sampled force bank checks that trial force evaluations do not commit a heading, accepted states do commit it, the 1° threshold is inclusive, and selection wraps across 0°/360°.

This guards event semantics but does not claim that the published irregular passive-yaw trajectory is paired.

Update the Test Coverage badge from 66% to 67% after running the full line-and-branch suite.

Verification

  • Portable yaw tests: 12 passed, 8 source-dependent skipped.
  • Full Python suite: 218 passed, 325 source-dependent skipped; 67% combined line-and-branch coverage.
  • Coverage badge renderer --check and git diff --check passed.
