Record the completed RM3 PTO extension 0.0125 s MATLAB source audit and paired Python results in the parity ledger. Both float and spar remain qualified at their published 0.1 s step; badge counts stay unchanged.

Evidence

• MATLAB source run 38324343546 passed. Its 0.025-to-0.0125 s active heave changes were 8.53 mm (float) and 1.96 mm (spar), about 54% and 51% of the preceding step change.
• The same CI job passed both predeclared 30 s Python/source motion and PTO tests.
• Local reproduction with the saved source trajectories yielded 5.69/0.861 mm active heave and 10.69/0.233 mm/s active speed errors at 0.0125 s for float/spar.
