chore: test @cloudflare/nimbus-docs preview build (nimbus PR 124)

Summary

Tests the preview build of nimbus PR #124 (https://pkg.pr.new/@cloudflare/nimbus-docs@124, head c83cfdf).

Result of pnpm run check:

• The authored-link normalization crash that broke the 0.13.1 bump is fixed — content sync passes (previously 364 files failed with ambiguous JSX range).
• Remaining: 3 TypeScript errors in src/pages/[...slug].astro from a separate nimbus 0.13.x API change:
  • getDocsPageProps now takes 1 argument (was 2) — partialHeadings shape changed
  • resolvePartialId destructured params (file, product) are now untyped

Those API errors are the next thing to fix for a real 0.13.1 bump; this PR exists only to validate that the nimbus normalization fix unblocks content sync.
