我的IP 在 https://iplark.com/ 里面仍显示为中国， 启动了UGI之后登录了国际版账号仍旧无法下载Unity 6.3

账号曾经为纯国际版账号， 数日前不小心绑了+86电话， 于是在id.unity.com删除了TFA, 不知道这是否会影响Unity的区域判断 (梯子在东京)
可以帮我分析下这是为什么吗？
