Description of Changes
This adds "-hotfixN" to version when using
/v1/health. It was requested by Julien on Discord.I'm not super familiar with Docker so I'm trusting on Codex for some things here.
I've added two small unit tests but I'm not testing the version being included when building via Docker because that test would be a lot. Maybe I'm wrong?

/v1/healthstill returns the same value as before ignoring the hotfix.Testing
