…s refused After #671, Mac Alpha 4512/4513 no longer hit the 400 but failed test:onboarding on background work: an Attention reason over the 8-word rule (4512) and an Attention center pass with incomplete coverage (4513), both on the chat-tier model gpt-5.6-terra that #671 named in place of Codex's refused default (inferred from the timing; the Mac library was not read). A refused default is now replaced by the ChatGPT provider's top tier (gpt-6-sol), the same class as Codex's own default, and only when the account refuses that too by its chat tier. Each refusal moves one step along; a model the person or the thread chose is still never swapped.
