Remove the conversation archive and tracked links - #670

Both were built only for one migration and are no longer used. Agents can no longer save or search conversations in the World, or keep the table of posts and their links: the two World tools, their four Grants and Settings checkboxes, the Core and host code, the docs and their host checks are gone. Rows already in world.sqlite stay, so backups and restores keep them; nothing new is written. Before. Settings › Agent › Access had four more checkboxes per Agent: "Can save conversations", "Can search conversations", "Can see your tracked links" and "Can keep your tracked links". With those turned on, an Agent on the standing
worldletMCP server could save conversations from outside Worldlet intoworld.sqliteand search them (theworld_conversationstool). It could also keep a table of posts and their links (theworld_linkstool). Both were built for one migration, and nothing uses them now.After. Both features are gone. Settings no longer shows the four checkboxes, and the two tools are no longer offered or routed. Rows already in
world.sqlite(agent_conversationsandstate.tracked-links) stay where they are, so backups and restores keep them. Nothing new is written to them. This is the same approach taken when Orders were retired. What was removed:
contracts/conversations.ts,contracts/tracked-links.ts,core/agent/conversations.tsandcore/agent/tracked-links.ts.core/agent/grants.ts: the Grant builders, the audit entries for them, and their targets inOWN_GRANT_TARGETS.turn-trust.ts: their untrusted-tool entries.core/tools/services.json, and their operations incore/tools/gateway.ts.agent-runtime/conversations.tsandagent-runtime/tracked-links.ts.agent-runtime/index.ts(the standing-tool handlers, thegrant/ungrantagentAccessoperations, and the per-Agent state) and inworld-tool-bridge.ts.agentAccessinterface methods inagent-access.tsandhost/services.ts.store/ledger.ts. A backup still leaves out the oldagent_conversations_searchindex.ui/companion/agent-access.ts, and their audit lines.core/agent/GRANTS.mdare gone.core/items/STORAGE.mdnow lists both tables as retired, with their rows kept.git grepfinds only the storage notes for the retired data.scripts/conversations-host-check.tsandscripts/tracked-links-host-check.ts, and their entries intest:core.agent-grants-check,world-actions-equivalence-checkandyour-agent-ui-check.Checks run locally:
