Retire Orders and every remaining Gatehouse path

Orders were dropped on 2026-10-18 and the Gatehouse Worker is about to be deleted. After this PR the app depends on Gatehouse nowhere, and the repository no longer names it.

Orders are removed. I chose removal over a local Attention ask: an ask would have needed a new Attention path and would have kept screenshot and log capture that no longer goes anywhere. What goes:

• Host: the order action (modules/shell/order.ts: the Gatehouse inbox post, its session lookup and miss reporting, the Claude Code wake, screenshots and log capture), with its host contract and the ORDER service.
• Core: core/distribution/order.ts, plus the console, log-file and metrics collection in diagnostics.ts that only an Order sent.
• Fox's bar: the bug button and ⌘B / Ctrl+B. In Feedback mode the button was already hidden; Feedback stays in Fox's info panel.
• Voice and phone: the order voice purpose, the phone bridge's order, and the desktop's order: true in the phone payload. The phone apps show their Order button only when the desktop sends that flag, so it stays hidden. An order message from an older phone is dropped.
• Analytics: the order_sent and order_stopped events.
• Kept: the orders table and its old rows, so backups and restores keep them (STORAGE.md says so).

The other Gatehouse paths:

• RC UI review (scripts/ui-review.ts): findings stay in the log and ui-review.json instead of going to Gatehouse's /api/machine/inbox.
• Owner's computer: this is the only computer that may switch the update channel. It used to be detected by the Gatehouse machine credential (machine-credential.ts, scripts/order-credential.mjs). It is now a plain mark: a file named owner in <library base>/Worldlet Internal/, or .local/owner in the Dev checkout. The file's contents are never read. The old machine-service.json still counts, so nothing changes for the owner until he swaps it.
• Check tooling: pr-checks.mjs, pr-checks-check.mjs, check-reach.mjs, docs-check.ts, test-ui.mjs and test-ui-check.mjs no longer list gatehouse/ checks or paths. They now run only the checks that exist here.

  • the shell analytics check.
• npm run check:pr, npm test and npm run test:ui:pr pass locally, and so do the affected UI checks run alone.
