Follow dmtty's ioctl renumbering in Dmod_Stdin_Get/SetFlags - #55

dmtty 1.1 moved its private ioctl commands to DMDRVI_IOCTL_CUSTOM_BASE (0x1000), so get_flags/set_flags are now 0x1000/0x1001 instead of 1/2. dmlog still sent 1/2, dmtty answered -ENOTTY, and dmell could no longer turn off ECHO/CANONICAL on a bound stdin: the tty stayed in line mode, so Enter was echoed twice (tty + dmell) and Tab completion never reached the shell - both on the dmlog monitor and on UART consoles.
