Designed backend systems and AI infrastructure for a multi-tenant healthcare SaaS platform. Architected Kubernetes infrastructure with ArgoCD and Helm for zero-downtime releases, and fine-tuned Chatterbox TTS and Whisper STT using LoRA to improve voice agent accuracy for Indian accents and dental terminology.
Backend & DevOps Intern @ Yolopment IT Solution (Aug 2025 – Nov 2025)
Owned backend API development for client-facing SaaS products, designing relational schema and RESTful endpoints across multiple services. Architected the multi-tenant backend for a hospitality management system's booking module using tenant-ID-based row-level isolation, and maintained Docker-based CI/CD pipelines while leading code reviews to keep production environments stable.
