Replaces the per-check HSI inventory attributes with two slists,
Firmware HSI failingandFirmware HSI passing, holdingL<level>: <name>items.Breaking: compliance-report-fwupd's per-check conditions are rewritten in the same PR, so the two modules must be released together.
