Notes

• This is the last update for css-minimizer-webpack-plugin. We'll be doing one more release with this package as-is before we segue in the new packages to replace it.
  • We'll still be retaining the package as a fallback for a couple of release cycles for anyone who still needs it or until it starts registering dependency alerts (these days don't expect that cycle to last long)
• We'll be adding in the replacement packages alongside this deprecated/retired package for anyone who wants to jump ahead.
