The star history chart is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Update the star history chart and its wrapping link to point to star-history.dera.page so it continues to work.

The current star history chart is broken because of GitHub stargazer API restrictions.
This change updates the chart and its wrapping link to use star-history.dera.page, which relies on an alternative data source that requires no API token and serves both the frontend and the API from the same domain, keeping the chart working.
