ci: measure coverage and publish badge to gist - #4

Run pytest with pytest-cov, and on pushes to main write the total percentage to a gist via dynamic-badges-action so shields.io can render a coverage badge. Ignore coverage output files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
