Document onboard-workshop alongside use-workshop and design-sdk, share installation instructions, and update reference and SDK build links.
Add sphinx-structured-toc with support for section and external links, heading-derived navigation names, and Markdown output. Keep upstream rendering and ambiguity checks, with build-level regression coverage.
Separate workshop operation, configuration, SDK development, and maintenance into subject domains with native structured-toc slices. Use full command names and distinguish guides, concepts, and references. Preserve destinations and heading aliases, add section labels for direct links, and retain the Diataxis sidebar with category navigation disabled. Keep external-link indicators, wrapping, and visible keyboard focus.
