Account for an additional hash in pixiv image URLs - #57

https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/130874910 has the hash as well. Creators can set their posts to only be viewable by logged-in users, and it looks like doing that results in the direct URLs having the hash. |

Perhaps we want to make sure that the hash part is consistent and not some arbitrary text before merging? So far, only https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/6936667's recent artworks have that kind of naming.
