A user reported a bug where the fireworks Minimax-3 model was being incorrectly categorized as OpenAI, but it should be fireworks. Upon inspection I found that the
index.tsfile wasn't being updated correctly for these models. Updated model-sync.ts to fix this and re-synced the models.
