Bump Node.js to 24 across CI/deploy workflows and package.json engines, and bump actions/checkout and actions/setup-node to v5 to clear the GitHub Actions Node 20 deprecation warning. Replace the README's aspirational Lighthouse badges/metrics tables with a real screenshot from the production deployment. Performance now scores 100 (previously 71) following the Node 24 upgrade.
