add custom favicon to documentation site

Its a good first contribution for any "new" contributor would love to take

Currently, the documentation site at https://bootc.dev/bootc uses the default mdBook markdown icon as its browser tab favicon. Adding a custom bootc favicon will improve site and recognition in browser tabs and bookmarks.

I saw that the issue is intended as a good first contribution, and I can add the custom favicon to the documentation site and verify the docs build.
