add Ghostwright semantic trees for clack/ui

[rauhryan]

Add reusable terminal extension registration, key and style assertions, and
artifact verification to Ghostwright. Add @ghostwright/clack-tty with its
versioned protocol, render observer, CSS locators, package-declared activation,
and outside-in hello-world journeys.

Keep applications free of test instrumentation and remove structural tests
that depended on the retired Freedom branch history.
