Why

v1.29.2 ships the five PRs merged since v1.29.1:

• fix(cli): the deploy wizard shows the Kafka version and offers the admin-less profile #454: the deploy wizard shows the Kafka version and offers the admin-less profile.
• feat(cli): kates deploy runs the native Kates image on every cluster #455: kates deploy runs the native Kates image on every cluster, and the kates chart's values-generic.yaml sizing is fixed.
• fix(chart): the kafka-exporter NetworkPolicy no longer collides with Strimzi 1.3's #456: kafka-cluster's kafka-exporter NetworkPolicy no longer collides with Strimzi 1.3's.
• feat(cli): the admin-less deploy names the Strimzi it needs or finds #457: the admin-less deploy names the Strimzi it needs or finds.
• feat(cli): the deploy wizard shows what is installed and offers admin-less monitoring #458: the deploy wizard shows what is installed, and offers admin-less monitoring.

Every image and kates-tester pin has to move to the tag first, or the charts point at images that don't exist yet.

What changes

• kates chart 0.13.4: appVersion 1.29.2, image.tag 1.29.2 and 1.29.2-native, the README row, and a change entry. No Kates API change since 1.29.1.
• kates-tester 1.29.2 in strimzi-operator 0.4.3, kafka-cluster 1.0.15, connect-cluster 2.1.13, mirror-maker2 0.11.11 and kates-chaos 2.3.3, each with a change entry. Nothing under tester/ moved since 1.29.1, so these are pins, not tooling.
• kafka-cluster 1.0.15 also gets a fixed entry for fix(chart): the kafka-exporter NetworkPolicy no longer collides with Strimzi 1.3's #456, which renamed the NetworkPolicy to <cluster>-kafka-exporter-egress without bumping the chart or recording the change.
• kates/k8s/deployment.yaml, the 12 Litmus experiment pins, docs/registry/kates.md and kates-tester.md, the Kafka cluster runbook, and Recipe 7's KATES_VERSION.
• The README chart table and the book's version matrix.

Tests

Run locally on this branch:

• scripts/check-versions.sh: no drift
• helm lint on the six charts, with dependencies built as .github/actions/helm-deps does, in a scratch copy with its own Helm home
• gen-version-matrix.sh --check and gen-chart-table.sh --check, in a clean worktree, since this checkout's untracked charts/minio leftover trips both
• scripts/check-book-style.sh

The backend suite isn't rerun: nothing under kates/src changed. It ran 1,735 tests green for #458 on the same backend tree.

After merge: tag the merge commit v1.29.2 (annotated), which runs the release workflow.
