Summary
Added messages for the Omniscan 450 for setting and reviewing channel numbers. This allows for synchronized pinging when using multiple Omniscan 450s
Changes
Added SYNC_CHANNEL_NUMBER (169) message for reading the OS 450 Channel Number,
Added SET_SYNC_CHANNEL_NUMBER (170) message for setting the channel number and number of channels
