Moonpay: Feature - Render payment disclosures from embedded Buy Quote

• Add MoonpayPaymentDisclosure(Id) types + paymentDisclosures on MoonpayQuoteEmbeddedData
• Add MoonpayDisclosures.ts with getMoonpayDisclosureCopy() and a conservative fallback for unknown ids
• Render disclosures in the embedded checkout above the Terms of Use, and warn when an unrecognised id arrives
