project rename from bitmark-node to bitmark-node-docker

The changes is in branch release_v1.3.0

• Change bitmark-node project to bitmark-node-docker
• Change project name in github
• Create new docker-hub project to bitmark-node-docker bitmark-node-docker-test (stage)
• Change bitmark-node code in Go and also UI
• Change scripts for running bitmark-node-docker
• Testing on bitmark-node-docker-staging
• The bitmark-node-docker will not be used until livenet upgrading to bitmarkd_v0.11.0
