Replace the README's large linked image with a native GitHub video attachment so visitors can play the explainer directly in the repository. Keep links to the original video, supplied thumbnail and watch page, where the custom thumbnail remains the poster.
Validated with GitHub's Markdown API: the uploaded attachment renders as a video element with controls. Ordinary video tags are stripped and release URLs render as links. GitHub controls the native player's preview frame. git diff --check passes.
