Code-viz had no repository-local documentation lifecycle or tracked roadmap. This adds shared doc-this and ticket-triage maintainer skills for Codex and Claude Code, a documentation guide, architecture reference, decision log, roadmap, and a JSON backlog with a reusable template.

The roadmap now tracks asking questions directly from a selected flow-map node: CV-001 verifies the local Codex connection, CV-002 adds a dedicated map conversation, and CV-003 investigates and implements supported existing-thread routing. The linked plan and task documents define acceptance criteria and preserve the distinction between documented App Server capabilities and unverified access to an active host session. All three implementation tickets remain open.

The public flow-map runtime and plugin manifests are unchanged.

Validation:

  • Both maintainer skills passed the Skill Creator validator.
  • JSON parsing, ticket schema, unique IDs and acyclic dependency checks passed.
  • All 67 internal Markdown links and both Claude skill aliases resolve after integration with main.
  • All 31 regression tests pass. The bundled example builds and matches the published demo byte-for-byte.
  • git diff --cached --check passed before commit.
  • Merged current main into the PR branch, preserving the native README video, launch policies and development documentation. Updated architecture notes for offline system fonts and validation before file reads.
