OpenSUSE Tumbleweed is a "rolling" distribution, and they seem to push incompatible/unstable configurations on a semi-regular basis that prevent app verification tests from passing.

Given the relative market share of OpenSUSE, the time required to run OpenSUSE tests, the fact that we have independent verification of multiple other Linux distributions, and the instability that is specific to OpenSUSE, the pragmatic approach is to disable OpenSUSE testing configurations.

fwiw, i've moved to a rolling arch distro on my main machine and it'll also sometimes have conflicts in its package store. i swear that tumbleweed used to post date tags in docker hub....but doesn't look like it anymore.
