Found while filling in the project profile:

  • the unit-test matrix was ["3.12", "3.12", "3.13"], 3.12 twice: it is now 3.12, 3.13 and 3.14, and the classifiers list 3.14;
  • make install and CONTRIBUTING.md install --all-extras, as CI does: without them collection fails in both suites on grpc_health;
  • CONTRIBUTING.md said the integration tests need Docker; they start in-process gRPC servers;
  • the pull request template asked for a CHANGELOG.md entry under [Unreleased]: it now asks for a Conventional Commit title, as in clientwright;
  • the issue template config linked to GitHub Discussions, which are disabled: the link is gone;
  • .agents/project.md follows these changes.

Two timing asserts in tests/unit/interceptors/test_retry.py (elapsed < 0.6) failed now and then on a loaded Windows machine, on 3.12, 3.13 and 3.14 alike; they are not changed here.

- PR template: replace the "CHANGELOG.md updated under [Unreleased]"
  item with a Conventional Commit title item; release-please writes
  the changelog.
- Issue template config: drop the contact link to GitHub Discussions,
  which are disabled, and the contact_links key it leaves empty.
- CI: run the unit tests on Python 3.12, 3.13 and 3.14 instead of
  3.12 twice and 3.13; add the 3.14 classifier.
- make install and CONTRIBUTING.md: sync with --all-extras, as CI
  does; without the extras test collection fails.
- CONTRIBUTING.md: the integration tests run in-process gRPC servers
  and need no Docker.
- Project profile: drop the notes about the problems fixed here and
  list 3.14 in the CI versions.
