The hub's sync pull request brought .agents/project.md as an empty skeleton. AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, the Claude Code skills and the reviewer read their commands and conventions from it. This fills it in from this repository: the Makefile, CI, CONTRIBUTING.md, pyproject.toml, the release configuration and the pull request history, every fact checked against master. Where those files disagree (an install command, a test claim), the profile says which one holds.

Once this is merged, the profile belongs to this repository and the hub no longer updates it. deadline-budget's profile (bedrock-python/deadline-budget#31) was written the same way.

The profile the hub shipped as a skeleton, filled in from this repository: commands, conventions, boundaries and how a release runs, each checked against master. Once edited, the file is this repository's own and the hub no longer updates it.
