ci: take three shared files back from the hub - #42

docs.yml, release-please.yml and .editorconfig differed from the hub's copies in their CRLF line endings, and docs.yml also in actions/checkout@v6, which made them this repository's own. They take the hub's versions, with LF endings, and get the hub's updates again; docs.yml also gains the hub's latest changes.

Three files from the engineering-assets hub differed from the hub's copies, which made them this repository's own: the hub stopped updating them.

The docs workflow runs on pushes tomaster, so its first run comes with the merge.
