For the purpose of trying to check which nightly landing made it to beta, it would be useful if https://www.whatrustisit.com/ under the "Beta" item stated the date when beta branched off nightly and linked to the last nightly changeset that was included in the beta branch when beta diverged from nightly. (I don't expect the page to list later uplifts.)

It would be nice, though less important, to similarly show when and at which changeset stable branched off nightly.

Is there anyway short of parsing the git repo to get that info?

I don't know. I wonder if there's a chance to tweak the release process to record this information.
