• Result: map, flatMap, mapError, match, unwrapOr, typed Result.all, combine with a generic error

• Domain events carry an optional eventId, reused as the outbox row id; value objects compare by key-order insensitive JSON (sameJson, honours toJSON)

• mockPort (@packages/test/bun) and mockInstrumentation for typed port doubles
