Description of changes:
The second part of updating for the security fix in Amazon.Lambda.PowerShellHost is to update the PowerShell module that consumes the library. While updating that I updated the other dependencies.
I added the
Release Not Neededlabel because the change log files don't work for the PS module. So I manually updated the change log file.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
