Add interactive device registry search

What changed

• add instant client-side filtering for Device ID and display label
• support case-insensitive, multi-term queries
• show live result counts, clear controls, and a no-results state
• keep the search layout usable on mobile screens
• add focused unit coverage for search behavior

Why

The device registry needs a fast way to find a unit as the fleet grows, without requiring an extra submit action or a server round-trip.

Validation

• pnpm test — 22 tests passed
• pnpm build — production build passed
• browser smoke test — Device ID, display label, no-results, clear-search flows passed
• responsive check at 390×844 — no horizontal overflow
