Powershell does not gracefully handle double quotes ("), and does not recognize backslash escaping in this context.
This fixes the initial setup that otherwise fails when downloading and moving files.
There are other possible ways to solve this, like escaping using backtick (`), but a single quote looked cleaner and simpler to me.
Feel free to do whatever you want with this!
