Link the published Windows Desktop 0.5.1 / Core 2.13.0-dev installer and its checksums from the download guide. Identify the bundled development Core explicitly and keep the Mac download on its existing 0.4.3 evaluation.
Validation: the installer checksum and all 83 Core manifest entries match the recorded build source; public release asset sizes and SHA-256 digests are checked after upload. This documentation change does not rebuild or relabel the installer.
