cli/ 是从 kvspace-durable 迁入的独立 Cargo 项目（走 dispatch 前端 C ABI， 后端由 DSN 运行时选择）。release 现在构建它并把 bin/kvspace 一并发布， 供 kvlang 的 release 聚合安装（也便于单独取用 CLI）。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Code <noreply@anthropic.com>
