Goal
Run UltraFace on the Raspberry Pi 5 GPU from the OPK development container.
Change
Prepare and cache MLWL, a private Mesa driver and Arm's emulation layers, then run the existing OpChain. Keep runtime preparation separate from launch and use Mesa's generated ICD manifest. Board instructions and the prepared-runtime Orange Pi launcher live beside the example. Supply the VGF manually.
Testing
Four launcher tests, shell checks and repository formatting/licence checks pass. A fresh GPU/runtime build has not been run after this refactor. The driver changes remain experimental, without Vulkan CTS or camera/WebRTC validation.
